A Set screw holds it to the 1 in press shaft while pressing down. For pressing stamps into leather. Or if you just need a larger circumference to press down with.
*The 1/2 ton press is the small one usually 3/4 x 3/4” and the 1 ton is the next size up at 1” x 1” From harbor freight.
Feet and base sold separately unless otherwise stated.

Very useful tool. Did not fit on the press shaft at first and had to spend some time with a small file to grind inside. Once done it works very well.

Had to grind a bunch on the inside for it to fit on my 1ton arbor press. Other than that works great 👍
